Spring Renewal Meditation Series: Emerging Light

Each session of this series is a standalone opportunity to experience the meditation. Participants may attend any number of sessions. No experience necessary.

As the days grow longer and the earth begins to soften, we’re invited to do the same.

Emerging Light is a four-week meditation series designed to gently guide you from winter’s stillness into spring’s quiet awakening. Together we’ll clear what feels heavy, reconnect with breath and energy, tend to what is beginning to grow, and step forward with renewed clarity and intention.

Led by the Contemplative Sciences Center’s Nicole Thomas, each 30-minute session offers grounding guidance, spacious reflection, and simple practices you can carry into daily life. No prior meditation experience is needed.

Join in person or virtually on Zoom.

Come as you are. Leave feeling rooted, steady, and ready to bloom.
