This class is open to students, faculty, and staff seeking rest, healing, and connection. Through mindful movement and breathwork, the practice supports the body and nervous system during times of emotional challenge. Whether you're processing loss, supporting others, or in need of self-care, this class offers a compassionate pause. (This class is held in the Contemplative Commons, Studio 3C)
