Join us Friday afternoons for a Sound Bath, Yin Yoga & Meditation for the Heart, and T’ai Chi, curated to help you reconnect with your body and feel refreshed for the weekend.
Sound Bath: 2:00-3:00 pm, Studio 3D, with Karianne Michelle and Waverly Davis; Free and open to the public.
NEW: Yin Yoga & Meditation for the Heart: 3:00-4:00 pm, Studio 3C, with Allie Redshaw; Free and open to the public.
T'ai Chi: 3:30-4:30 pm, Studio 3B, with Hiromi Johnson and Chinako Bohn; Free and open to the public.
